How it works

  1. Bring the guild in

    On Retail and Classic Era, import the roster from Battle.net. On WoW Forever, paste it from a spreadsheet, one character per line.

  2. Mark mains and alts

    Link alts to their main and choose who is on the raid roster, so the composition counts only the people who raid.

  3. Keep it current

    Players link their own characters, and on Retail Battle.net, WoWAudit and Raider.IO keep item level, spec and progress up to date.

Game versions

Retail and Classic Era sync with Battle.net. WoW Forever is manual-first, because Blizzard has not published Forever data yet.

Everything in the app is free today, for the whole guild. If paid plans are added later, their price is shown first and nothing is charged without your purchase.

Questions

Do players need Battle.net to be on the roster?

No. Officers can add characters by hand or paste the whole roster. Linking Battle.net is optional and keeps Retail and Classic characters up to date.

How do I import my roster from a spreadsheet?

Copy the columns name, class, spec, role, level, item level and main, and paste them. Only name and class are required, and with a header row the columns can come in any order.

Can one roster cover several game versions?

Each guild has one game version. If your community plays Retail and Forever, create a guild for each; the same account switches between them in one click.
