Terms of use

The service

WoWGuildHub is an online tool for organising World of Warcraft guilds: roster, raids, loot, recruitment and guides. It is a community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your password secret: you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One account per person, and you must meet the minimum age set in the privacy policy.
• You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time, from your account page.

Guilds and their content

• Whoever creates a guild, and the officers they appoint, manage it: they decide who joins, what is recorded and what is made public.
• Officers are responsible for the content and member data they enter. Record only what the guild needs, and respect members who ask for their data to be corrected or removed.
• Do not publish anything illegal, hateful or harassing, or anything that infringes other people's rights.

Acceptable use

• Do not attack, overload or try to break into the service, and do not get around its limits.
• Do not scrape the service or use it to send spam.
• Do not impersonate other players or guilds.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and we will tell you why whenever we can.

Other services

Signing in with Battle.net, linking Discord and importing game data depend on those services and their own terms. Game data comes from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.

Plans and payments

WoWGuildHub is free to use today. If paid plans are offered, their price and conditions will be shown before you pay, nothing will be charged without your explicit purchase, and your rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, will be respected.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you on the site before it applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can go to its courts.
